A tailor-made plan offers you freedom to make your burial or cremation just how you want it. It includes the funeral director fees, cremation and certain burial fees and allows you to tailor additional features. Some people want their funeral to reflect how they’ve lived their life, whether that’s choosing their favourite flowers, a motorbike hearse to take their last journey in style, or a sustainable coffin for a woodland burial.

If you’ve had a change of heart, we can help you add new features to a tailor-made plan or remove the things you no longer want – and there’s no admin fee for making any changes. Any changes to the products and services in your funeral plan will need to be paid for at the time of the change or a refund will be made if something is no longer required.
