If you no longer want your funeral plan, you have a 45-day cancellation period or the length of your Direct Debit term to decide.
if you do want to cancel your plan, you can tell us in writing, by phone, via the Contact us form, by email or in person.

As long as we receive the notification within your cancellation period, we’ll refund all the money you have paid. If you choose to cancel your plan after your cancellation period, you’ll be entitled to a refund of all payments made, less an admin fee of £250.
